This Café Kicks Ass.. Here’s Why

It’s one of Canada’s Greatest Places to Work.

It’s just 10 years young and is being totally refurbished. (Think all brand spankin’ new!)

It’s smack dab in the middle of the Rocky Mountains.

It’s as close to fresh roasted coffee as it can get.

This is where 1,000 small good gestures bring our story to life.

Where human beans and coffee beans are connected.

Where the world wakes up and the coffee kicks ass.

Who Are You?

A triple threat: Foodie. Coffee connoisseur. Industry expert. Someone with proven success in restaurant management and a big, hungry appetite to build a career in F&B.You have the drive to turn brand vision into a flagship coffee shop while blowing status quo standards out of the water. As a natural leader, you know how to create an exceptional atmosphere for both customers and employees. In fact, this is your sweet spot: people. You just get ‘em. Because you’re a big-picture-thinker, you know what they need before they do, and even better: you have the initiative to make it happen. Now, for the big one: coffee. Maybe you’re not a self-proclaimed expert, but you are a die-hard fan with some serious brew skills. You know that when it comes to coffee, there’s always more to learn. And more to drink.

What Will You Do?

We have a brand-spankin’-new café and now it needs an orchestrator. That’s where you come in.

You will take the lead in building the experience, the team, and the operations of the Kicking Horse Coffee Café, which opens in 2022.
