The Measurements
We recommend 2 TBSP of coffee for every 1 cup of water. For geeks, that’s a coffee-to-water ratio of 55 grams (2 oz) of ground coffee per 1 litre (34 fl oz) of water.
For the bold folks out there, use more. And for the, um, less bold… you get it.

ADD COLD, CLEAN, FRESH WATER TO THE MACHINE.
How much water? Well, how much coffee ya wanna drink? (Add that much water.)

Step 2

Step 3
ADD GROUNDS TO THE FILTER.

Drip Coffee vs Pour Over
Here’s where Drip Coffee wins… Put water in the machine, add a filter and ground coffee, turn it on, walk away and voila! Pour Over can result in more rich and complex flavours, but will take more time.
