The Dream Fund provides Kicking Horse Coffee dreamers with financial funding to put towards a community project of their choosing. This can be inside our walls, or out. You decide. This year, we have a total of $3,000 to turn multiple dreams into multiples dos! Ideas can be submitted and approved until all the funds have been allocated!
WELLNESS ALLOWANCE
Designed to support employee wellness and mental health, our benefits program is as full as our mugs!
- Annual wellness and recreation allowance; up to $700, prorated for part-time hours
- Celebrate your birthday with a gift certificate to your local business of choice
- Access to emergency or crisis support through our EFAP
Environmental & Community Giving
Our Green Commuting program pays employees up to $3.00 per day for choosing a green commute to work. Our Dream Fund provides Kicking Horse Coffee dreamers with financial funding to put towards community projects.
